REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER 3
LOGOGRAM
The center logo was conceptualized in the year 1977 by Police Major Rodriguez and his personnel at Integrated National Police Training Center (INPTC) located at Fort Bonifacio, Makati City. A place where the office of Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) was stationed for almost three (3) decades after the Philippine Constabulary was phased out, its functions were taken over by the Philippine National Police under the direction of the Department of Interior and Local Government it was then that the administration and control pertaining to all training facilities, equipment belonging to the defunct PC/INP and the mandatory trainings prescribed by law were transferred to the PPSC.
Before the center's logo has no Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) and Regional Training Center 3 on its emblem as the name of the Institution. The symbol of Mount Arayat has a glaring emblem of rice field on its foot representing agriculture sector which means provision for life and in abundance. It was during the time of PCINSP CIRILO A DIONEDA as the Commandant of the Regional Training Center, the PPSC as the name of the office that gives RTC3 a reason to exist and RTC3 as the name of the Institution included in the center's logo. In the year 2004 when PSSUPT GAVINO A MARZAN installed as the Regional Training Director of RTC3, he makes few innovation of the center's logo by removing the emblem of rice field and placed instead the Address of the Institution "Sto Niño, Magalang Pampanga". In year 2007, when PSUPT HUBERT B TUZON assumed post as the new Training Director, he infused changes on the logo by enclosing the whole symbols in a circle that connotes focus, coordination and strong unity among its represented symbols to attain the mission and objectives of the Institution. Currently, the center's logo is being used as the official emblem in all transactions, communications and activities of the Regional Training Center 3.
